The Linear Empty Plastic Bottle Leak Tester is a versatile, efficient tool for ensuring the integrity of various plastic packaging containers. It performs precise, non-destructive airtightness checks on containers that meet preset specifications and are awaiting quality inspection.

The testing process is fully automated. Once leak detection is done, the system intelligently sorts outputs based on test results. Conforming products proceed smoothly along the line. Notably, any unit failing the airtightness test instantly triggers an alert at the relevant workstation, and the system automatically ejects these non-conforming bottles from the production flow. This automatic rejection mechanism ensures strict physical separation between approved and defective containers, preventing cross-contamination of product batches and ensuring only leak-proof containers move to filling or shipment. This process greatly enhances production quality control, cuts down on waste and protects operator safety.
